INHERITING COURAGE, WISDOM AND BREAST CANCER

Join local Bethpage author and breast cancer survivor Diane Tropea Greene as she gives this important, courageous, and informative talk about her experience with cancer. Ms. Tropea Greene will discuss the role breast cancer played in her family, how her generation came to know and understand the risks, the choices that were made upon learning her family’s genetic status, and what was learned from the courage of her ancestors.
If you are concerned about breast cancer or just want to hear an inspirational story about the lessons that can be learned from the past, plan to attend this program. You will come away with an increased awareness of breast cancer risk, a place to turn for answers if faced with a diagnosis, and the notion that when facing adversity, faith, love, humor and the power of the human spirit will eventually prevail.
