Earn community service while helping to spread the love of reading and books to children. Teens will read a story to a group of children ages 4-6 and then help them make a craft to go along with the books. Teens should be in grades 6 & up in the Bethpage SD#21. There will be three sessions and teens may only sign up for one session. Teens must also attend both the training and the storytime to earn community service. Sign up beginning June 2nd .
1) Storytime: Monday July 14th – 11 AM (Must be here at 10:30 AM)
Training Session: Wednesday July 9th – 11:30 AM
2) Storytime: Monday July 21st – 11 AM (Must be here at 10:30 AM)
Training Session: Wednesday July 16th – 11:30 AM
3) Storytime: Monday August 4th – 11 AM (Must be here at 10:30 AM)
Training Session: Wednesday July 30th – 11:30 AM
