FRED CLAUS

Date: Friday, December 26
Time: 2:00 P.M.

Starring: Vince Vaughn, Paul Fiamatti, Kevin Spacey, Eliz. Banks, Kathy Bates
Rated: PG (mild language, some rude humor); 115 minutes

Fred Claus (Vaughn) has lived his entire life in his brother’s very large shadow. He tried but never could live up to the example set by the younger Nicholas (Giametti) who was just a perfect, well, saint. So Fred grew up to be a fast-talking repo man who’s run out of luck and money. Over Mrs. Claus’ objections Nicholas agrees to help Fred out if he’ll come to the North Pole and earn the money by working in Santa’s toy shop. The hilarious trouble is that Fred isn’t exactly elf material and could do real damage to the jolliest holiday of the year.
