SIMPLY STRONGER is a program of strengthening exercises for older adults designed to help slow bone loss, improve posture, build muscular strength and provide important health benefits safely. Fitness instructor Ellen Coven conducts the class. Following are the dates for the upcoming classes. Payment is due upon registration (not before December 22) at the Adult Reference desk.
4 SESSION CLASS
Dates: Mondays, January 5, 12, 19, 26
Time: 11:45 A.M.-12:30 P.M.
Cost: $15 for 4-session class (no refunds)
10 SESSION CLASS
Dates: Mondays, February 2. 9, 16, 23,
March 2, 9, 16, 23, April 6, 13
Time: 10:45 A.M.-11:30 P.M.
Cost: $40 for 10-session class (no refunds)
