OUT OF SIGHT, OUT OF MIND by Marilyn Kaye

giftedcover.jpg

Amanda Beeson is the queen of the popular girls at Meadowbrook Middle School, but behind her cool exterior, she has a secret that nobody knows about. Ever since she was a little girl, she has had the ability to steal the body of another person. When she accidently enters the body of Tracy, the biggest outcast in school, she finds out she is not the only student at Meadowbrook with a special power. Attending classes as Tracy, Amanda finds out that the "gifted" class Tracy is enrolled in is not for students who are exceptionally smart, but for those with extraordinary powers like herself. Becoming invisible, telekinesis, super strength, premonition and mind control are just a few of the powers that the other students possess.

All Amanda wants to do is figure out how to get back into her own body, but after discovering the secrets of her classmates, her life will never the same.

Out of Sight, Out of Mind is the first book in the Gifted Series.

Also check out Better Late Than Never, the second book in the series.

I RECOMMEND THE GIFTED SERIES FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL GIRLS.
