Harry Potter Links

Are you new to Harry Potter or a super-advanced expert? Did you stand on line at midnight to wait for the latest book to be released, or are you jumping on the bandwagon now because all your friends are into this wizard stuff and you want to know what they’re talking about? Here are some websites for wizards, Muggles, and everyone in between. Accio, links!
The Leaky Cauldron

J.K. Rowling Official Site
Use Ms. Rowling’s messy desk as a starting point to learn more about her, get news (and dispel rumors) about the Deathly Hallows, and go through the rubbish bin to see which news stories are starting to smell and which ones are just plain toxic.
Harry and the Potters
"Harry Ramone? Iggy Voldemort? Band Splices Punk With Potter." That's how MTV News headlined this Canadian band that is now touring libraries and bookstores across the US. Songs about all things Harry Potter. Listen online.
Scholastic Harry Potter Website
Read the glossary, check out the pronunciation guide, take the Wizard Challenge, download a screensaver, and even print out a Deathly Hallows poster.
This list was developed by Andrea Lipinski, young adult librarian at the Kingsbridge Branch Library, with the invaluable assistance of Teen Advisory Group members June Milner and Norma N. Perez-Hernandez.
