Save the date for the annual Baldwin Public Library Volunteer Fair where you can learn about the valuable roles local organizations play in our community.

Organizations interested in having a table at the event should contact Maria Sysak, Director, at 223-6228 by December 30, 2009.

JOB FAIR 2009

On September 15, the Baldwin Public Library held a job fair co-sponsored with the Hempstead Works Career One-Stop Center.

Over 475 people looking for a new job or career opportunity met job recruiters and received employment information from companies and organizations representing various industries.
