Biography	Biography Resource Center - Integrates Thomson Gale biographies with full-text magazine articles, images, and website links. Search for current or historic people by name, occupation, nationality, ethnicity, birth/death dates and places, or gender, or by keyword and full text.
Books	NoveList is a fiction database that provides subject heading access, reviews, annotations, and much more for over 135,000 fiction titles. It also includes other content of interest to fiction readers, such as Author Read-alikes, What We're Reading, Book Discussion Guides, BookTalks, and Annotated Book Lists. For school media specialists and teachers there are Picture Book Extenders and articles on Teaching with Fiction. NoveList K-8 allows you to discover the fiction titles that are popular with young readers as well as titles to use in your classroom. The NoveList Learning Center provides a complete introduction to the product and shows you how to use NoveList to meet the reading needs of your students. Business	Business and Company Resource Center - A fully integrated resource bringing together company profiles, brand information, rankings, investment reports, company histories, chronologies and periodicals. (provided via NOVEL, a project of the New York State Library federally funded by LSTA grants.) Business and Company ASAP - Information on companies, markets and industries. From market trends, mergers and acquisitions to current management theory and company overviews. Gale Virtual Library - includes Business Plans Handbook, Encyclopedia of Small Business, and Gale Encyclopedia of E-commerce. (provided via NOVEL, a project of the New York State Library federally funded by LSTA grants) General Business File ASAP - Analyze company performance and activity, industry events and trends as well as the latest in management, economics and politics. Access to a combination of broker research reports, trade publications, newspapers, journals and company directory listings with full text and images. Newsletters ASAP - Provides access to information from specialized business, industry and technology newsletters issued by various news services and industry watchers. PROMT stands for the Predicast Overview of Markets and Technology and is an Infotrac database which allows you to search companies, the products and technologies they produce, and the markets in which they compete. It includes material from nearly 1,000 business and trade journals, industry newsletters, newspapers, market research studies, new releases and investment and brokerage firm reports. From Home Includes The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, magazine articles for trade & industry information and Hoover's company records.
