  • Tax Return for the year 2007
  • W-2 9 (if working)
  • W P 2
  • 1099's
  • 1040 Booklet
  • New York State Booklet
  • IT 214 Booklet (if applicable)
  • General and school tax receipts for 2008
  • STAR exemption
  • Social Security cards for all names on the return
  • Photo I.D. of those filing tax returns
