Downloadable Audiobooks

Download audiobooks to your personal computer any time! Included are current best sellers, book club favorites, classics, the Holy Bible, and Pimsleur Language Programs. You may listen to downloaded titles on your PC or laptop, or transfer titles to a portable device such as an MP3 player. Devices must be able to play Windows Media Audio files.

How do I get access to the collection?

* First Time User

If you are a first time user, you must enter your library barcode (located on the back of your library card) by clicking on the "First Time User" button and proceed to Recorded Books. You will be asked to create a user name/password in order to download the eAudiobooks.

* Once you have created your account

You can now download eAudiobooks to your own computer by clicking on the "Registered User" button and logging in at the NetLibrary Recorded Books website. You will need Windows Media Player v.9 or higher to play the audiobook on your computer. For a free download or upgrade to the Windows Media Player, click here.

* Hardware
eAudiobooks can also be transferred to most portable devices - here's a link to what players are supported. We strongly recommend a player that has bookmarking or resumes play at the spot where it was turned off. There are a variety of accessories available which allow MP3 players to work with a car or home stereo.
*Note* iPods are NOT currently supported.
