| Borrow a TTY (Text Telephone) through The
Library You can borrow, at no charge, a TTY (teletypewriter) for up to two weeks
through your library. All you need is your library card. Bell Atlantic has donated

one for themselves or a child, parent or employee. A TTY - also known as a Text Telephone
