Join Irene Karp as she offers a program designed to promote a positive approach to dealing with a challenging world. You'll acquire tools for deep relaxation, understanding and sensing your own energy and learn tips on basic nutrition to maximize your health. Ms. Karp will share techniques that will empower you to live your life to the fullest. Irene Karp is a New York State licensed holistic health coach, nutritional consultant and registered nurse with a master's degree in Counselor Education and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
