This appears to be an advertisement in a Glen Cove City Directory for a newspaper, the Glen Cove Independent, a "large weekly folio Journal of thirty-two columns, devoted to Literature, Agriculture, Horticulture, General News and particularly the Local Interests of Glen Cove and Vicinity."
