Webb Institute of Naval Architecture, Crescent Beach Road,
originally "The Braes," home of Herbert L. Pratt, son of Charles
Pratt of Standard Oil.  Webb Institute purchased the house in 1945.

Original residence of F.W. Woolworth on Crescent Beach Road.
This building burned to the ground in 1916 and was replaced by
a newer residence, Winfield Hall, which was completed in 1917 and still stands.
