Run by Nassau County Department of Senior Citizen Affairs; volunteers, age 60 and up, serve four hours, five days a week in Headstart/day care settings, group homes and recreational/tutorial programs. Participants receive a non-taxable stipend, multiple benefits, in-service training, and an annual recognition luncheon
