Computer systems available for public use include 20 Dell Pentium Systems. Seven systems are dedicated to the Online Public Access Catalog, and access to the Hicksville Library's online databases, and eight systems are dedicated to internet access. Two computer systems are available in the study room for adults to access Microsoft Office software, and three systems provide access to educational games and Microsoft Office in the Children's Department.

Cultural programs are offered regularly. They include musical and dramatic groups, arts and crafts workshops, films and many children's programs. Watch for announcements in the local papers, at the library or in the newsletter.

Fax Services - $1.25 per page in New York State, $1.50 per page in the continental United States and $5.00 per page for international faxes. This charge applies to outgoing faxes.
