Simply Yoga
Thursdays, 6:45pm. Grades: 5 & up.
Yoga builds and improves strength, flexibility,
and increases self-confidence. De-stress through
meditation, relaxation techniques, and gentle
stretching. This 5-week program begins on
February 25. Registration on February 11.
Cost is $15 each, payable at registration to
the Hillside Library.
