Borrowers must be 18 years old or over 
and be a Levittown Public Library cardholder

Rental fee is $5.00
Maximum loan period is 7 days

Checkout & return of DVD player takes place in the Media Department only.

One DVD player per resident household. Players may not be reserved.
Overdue fines are $2 per day to a maximum fine of $75. No renewals.
   Borrowers will be charged a replacement cost of $75 for a DVD Player,
$60 for replacement battery, and $10 replacement cost for other items.
