Help for Homeowners in Nassau County

 

The Office of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) instituted a new program Neighborhood Stabilization Program. Nassau County’s Office of Housing and Intergovernmental Affairs has received a grant $7,767,916. This grant from HUD is provided to state and local governments for acquisition and redevelopment of foreclosed properties that might otherwise become sources of abandonment and blight within communities.
