The Locust Valley Library is proud to announce the arrival of Digital Audio Books and eBooks for your enjoyment. You are now able to browse and select from a variety of great titles and download them to your computer, transfer them to a variety of portable devices, or burn them onto a CD (when allowed by the publisher) for your listening pleasure anywhere, anytime. Patrons may check out up to five titles at a time, and at the end of the seven day lending period, the audiobooks will expire from the PC and be returned automatically to the digital collection.

To access the Locust Valley Library digital audiobook and eBook collection you will need:

A valid Locust Valley Public library card in good standing
(You will not be able to use this service if you have any overdue items or if you have any outstanding fines on your account)

Access to the Internet (high-speed connection preferred)

Free downloadable software for the computer and/or device on which you wish to access the material from this site.

Please note that digital downloads can be enjoyed at home, at work, or when you travel, but are generally not for use on the computers in your library.
