MUSEUM PASSES

The Long Beach Public Library offers free museum passes for Long Beach Public Library card holders who are at least 18 years old and in good standing.

Passes are booked at the Reference Desk, and may be booked up to two months in advance. Bookings must be done in person. Passes are available on a first come, first served basis.

Patrons may borrow passes for the following museums:

Cradle Of Aviation Museum

Guggenheim Museum

Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum

Long Island Children's Museum

Nassau County Museum Of Art

Old Westbury Gardens

Passes are checked out at the Reference Desk for a 3-day period (one day to pick up the pass, one day to use the pass, one day to return the pass). Passes must be returned at the Reference Desk as well, at least half an hour before the Library closes. Passes may not be returned in the Book Drop. Overdue fines are $5.00 per day; lost passes will be assessed at the replacement cost of the pass. The number of visitors allowed access to each museum varies.
