Stop by to see the new shelving in the Children and Young Adults Room. We have removed the Paperback Racks and added 2 "low-rise" shelving units for a new, more streamlined look

Fans of books-on-tape or CD now have another listening option. PLAYAWAYS are entire books preloaded onto a digital MP3 player that is smaller than a deck of cards. You can wear it around your neck or put it in your pocket and listen to it anywhere.

Looking for something to do with your little ones? Borrow our pass to the Long Island Children’s Museum, good for FREE admission for a family of four. The pass may be reserved up to two weeks in advance of your museum visit.

Assistive Listening Devices : The Library has purchased four assistive listening devices that will enable those people with hearing impairments to enjoy our programs better. We’ve also purchased new microphones that will enhance every-one’s listening experience. This was made possible with a grant from Representative Bob Barra.
