Lynbrook Library offers an variety of Children's Story Times, for many different age groups.
Baby Rhyme Time: This program is for Babies and care-givers ages 10 weeks - pre-walkers. It is a fun way to introduce the children to the joys of nursery rhymes, movement and books. It's also a great way for parents to meet other parents with children the same age. 20 - 30 minutes
L'il Playmates: Children walking to 29 months old and an adult caregiver enjoy socializing, playtime and "circle time." Two (2) different sessions available, depending on the age of the child. 45 minutes
Toddler Story Time: This story time is for is for children and an adult care-giver ages 2 1/2/ to
3 1/2. Books, fingerplays, and stories fill this 1/2 hour of fun. 30 minutes
Pre-School Story Time: Children 3 1/2 to 5 will have fun reading stories, singing songs and reciting fingerplays. Children at this story time attend without a parent or care-giver. 45 minutes
