We have many fun and exciting activities planned for the Summer Reading Program, including craft workshops, a “Last Chance” Book Discussion Lunch on September 2 nd, Video Game Nights, Movie Nights, Board Game Cafes, a Game Show Night, a Book Buddies program in July through which you can earn community service credit, weekly prize drawings, and a grand closing party on Thursday, September 3 rd with magician Bob McEntee and crafter Sue Bazzicalupo for those registrants who have read at least two books. There will be grand prize drawings at the party for Barnes & Noble Gift Certificates and other great prizes. You can also earn an extra chance in the grand prize drawing by reading at least 500 pages. Read 800 pages and earn two extra chances! For each 100 pages over 800 you earn an additional chance.

 

Register at either building in Adult Reference beginning Monday June 22nd. Pick up your goody bag, a set of review forms, bookmarks, and other items when you register.
