Reserving the NLS Meeting Rooms

In order to reserve one of our meeting rooms you must be:

• An NLS Staff Member
• Scheduling a meeting for NCLA, LILRC, NYLA or NYLINK

NLS meeting space is not available to the public or to non-library organizations.

Meeting space is limited, we encourage you to make your reservation at least 45 days in advance of your event.

If you would like to request meeting space, please contact Stacey Hill by phone at (516) 292-8920 x221 or by e-mail at nls@nassaulibrary.org. Please be aware that requesting meeting space does not guarantee a room reservation. Requests are subject to approval. You will be notified if your request is approved.
