Mineola Memorial Library Museum Passes |

|
- Only Mineola Library patrons (age 18+) with no outstanding fines may borrow the Museum Passes.
- Reservations for museum passes must be made in person, and a valid library card must be presented. Passes may be reserved up to two months in advance.
- Weekend Loan Period is for four days--pickup on Thursday, and return before closing (9PM) on Monday. Long Island Children’s Museum pass is available for pickup on Monday after 2:00PM, return Thursday by 2:00PM; or pickup Thursday by 2:00PM, return Monday by 2:00PM
- Patrons must call (516-746-8488 ext. 2) to cancel a reservation or delay a pickup. Passes not picked up or cancelled in advance may result in the loss of borrowing privileges in Mineola’s Museum Pass program.
- Patron will receive a copy of the Mineola Library’s rules governing the Museum Pass at the time the reservations are made.
- Fines will be strictly enforced: Overdue fine is $10.00 per day.
A minimum of $50.00 will be charged for a lost pass (up to the cost of replacement).
