HOW TO RESERVE & RENEW ONLINE IN 10 EASY STEPS!

1.  Go to http://www.alisweb.org

2.  Click on  My Account on Left side & Type in : 

*Your Name EXACTLY as it appears on your library card.
*Library Barcode, located on the back of  your library card.
*ANY 4 NUMBERS for your PIN number

Click on

4. On the next screen, enter the 4 NUMBERS for your PIN number TWICE more.

5.  You will see your name, address & telephone number.  If you need to correct your telephone number,  click on  (Modify Personal Information)

6.  You will also see any Requests (holds) outstanding & Items currently checked out.  Click on Requests (holds) outstanding.  You will see titles you have requested.  If a title is incorrect or you have read it already, you may cancel the request by clicking on

(CANCEL ALL)    OR     (CANCEL SELECTED ITEMS)   


7.  To see items that you have checked out, click on Items currently checked out.   Here you can

(SORT BY DUE DATE)     &     (RENEW ALL)      OR  RENEW SELECTED ITEMS


To RENEW SELECTED ITEMS, click on the white box to the left of the item that you want to renew.  Then click on RENEW SELECTED ITEMS.
You may receive messages in red that say: TOO MANY RENEWALS  OR   RENEWAL NOT ALLOWED. 
In that case, the renewal is not allowed.  Please bring the item back to the library on the original due date.


8.   To RESERVE an item (maximum of 5 holds per library card), click  SEARCH THE CATALOG in the upper right corner.   
Type in a KEYWORD, AUTHOR, TITLE or other search term & click on ENTER/RETURN.  Locate the item you want. 

Then click  

9.  The reserve will either be SUCCESSFUL or the screen will say:  There is a problem with your library record. Please see a librarian.  If you see this message please visit or call the Library at 746-8488.

10. (Log Out) to end your session.
