All movies are shown in the auditorium. They are free and open to all. In the event of a large turnout, POB residents will be admitted first, others as space permits.

April 1 - Sister Act After witnessing a mob murder, Reno lounge singer Deloris Van Cartier (Whoopi Goldberg) trades her sequins and feathers for a rosary and a habit when she is forced to go incognito as Sister Mary Clarence. This reluctant "nun" transforms a horrible church choir into a dynamic heaven-sent performing group, and saves a parish from demolition in the process. 100min., (PG)
April 29 - P.S. I Love You Hilary Swank plays a grieving young widow who discovers her late husband (Gerard Butler) has left her a list of ten tasks, revealed in secret messages delivered anonymously. These letters are intended to ease her grief and help her make the transition to a new life. 126 min., (PG-13)
May 20 - The Boy in the Striped Pajamas This unique film tells the story of the Holocaust through the eyes of eight-year old Bruno, whose father is a Nazi commander of Auschwitz. Bruno strikes up a friendship with a Jewish boy, Shmuel, through the fence surrounding the camp. Their friendship will have startling and unexpected consequences for both of them. 94min., (PG-13)
May 27 - Flash of Genius Bob Kearns (Greg Kinnear) develops a device for windshield wipers that will intimately be used in every car in the world. In this based-on-fact story, Kearns thinks he has struck gold, but instead is unceremoniously shunned by the manufacturers and begins a long battle with the U.S. automobile industry. 119 min., (PG-13)
June 3 - The Secret Life of Bees Set in South Carolina in 1954, this is the tale of Lily Owens (Dakota Fanning), a 14-year-old girl who is haunted by the memory of her late mother. Lily flees with Rosaleen, her caregiver and only friend, to a South Carolina that holds the secret to her mother's past. Taken in by the intelligent and independent Boatwright sisters, Lily finds solace in their mesmerizing world of beekeeping. 110 min., (PG-13)
June 17 - The Duchess A vibrant beauty and a celebrity of her time, the extraordinary 18th century aristocrat Georgiana, Duchess of Devonshire (Keira Knightly) was reviled for her extravagant personal and political lives. Stuck in an unhappy marriage, she fell in love with a young politician. The affair caused a bitter conflict with her husband (Ralph Fiennes) and threatened to erupt into a scandal. 110 min., (PG-13)
