The Long Island Children's Museum visits the North Bellmore Public Library for three special events:
"Celebrate" Program
Friday July 11 1:00-2:00PM
Learn how people around the world take part in birthday celebrations. Children can create festive hats, play party games, and sing songs as they explore international birthday customs.Bug Bites
Tuesday July 15 2:00-3:00PM
Become a junior entomologist and learn about the amazing lives and natural history of bugs, insects, and spiders. Use what you learn about bug anatomy and habits to create your own imaginary bug.
These programs are for children in Grades K-3 and registration for both programs will begin on Tuesday July 1.Bubbles

Play with bubbles at interactive stations. Make bubble wands, bubble prints and bubble shapes. Become a bubble scientist! Registration Friday August 1 Ages 3-11.

Ages 3-6 will be held on Wednesdays July 9, 16, 23, 30 August 6, 13 from 1:30-2:15PM. Children should be able to attend comfortably alone. Parents/caregivers are required to remain in the Children's Room while the sessions are in progress.
Toddler Ages 24-35 months (with Parent/Caregiver) will be held on Thursdays July 10, 17, 24, 31 from 10:00-10:30AM.Please note: No registration is required for either of these programs but PLEASE adhere to the age limits.
