IMPORTANT NOTICE: Be assured that the library tries to maintain regularly scheduled hours in all kinds of weather. If, however, we have a particularly bad storm, please listen to radio station WHLI (1100 AM) for an announcement of emergency closing.

From Southern State Parkway:

Take Exit 19 to Peninsula Boulevard South.
Continue south to Rockaway Turnpike.
Turn left (south).
Cross the Long Island Railroad tracks.
The next light is Central Avenue.
Turn right (west).
The library is 1/2 block on the right.

From Sunrise Highway:

Turn south at the Lynbrook Railroad Station onto Broadway.
Proceed south to Rockaway Turnpike.
Turn right (north).
The next light is Central Avenue.
Turn left (west).
The library is 1/2 block on the right.
