The Peninsula Public Library was chartered by the State of New York as a school district library in 1951. We serve the residents of School District 15 with materials in all formats and offer a substantial variety of programs throughout the year. Our purpose is to provide for the educational and recreational needs of our patrons. Our goal is to make your library an effective, educational, informational, cultural and recreational force within our community. Members can view our Catalog and reserve books through the Internet or check our Newsletter for information regarding the times and dates of activities.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Be assured that the library tries to maintain regularly scheduled hours in all kinds of weather. If, however, we have a particularly bad storm, please listen to radio station WHLI (1100 AM) for an announcement of emergency closing.
