Bring photo ID, preferably your driver's License. If the document must be witnessed, you must provide your own witness. The notary cannot notarize wills or notarize the authenticity of documents( passports, birth, death or marraige certificates, and leases, etc.) Please note: The notary's oath requires the notary to identify the person siging the documents and witness him/her doing so.
