Community

Seaford is an historic seaside community of approximately 16,000 located on the south shore of Long Island, just north of Jones Beach. It is a small town with gently winding canals where many residents moor their boats. The water provides a natural source of enjoyment as do a variety of cultural and recreational centers.

While maintaining its ties to the past, Seaford has a cosmopolitan flavor due to its proximity to Manhattan. In such an environment the residents of Seaford have a great sense of community pride.
