Senior Housing questions keep coming up for Senior Connections Volunteers and Librarians. This workshop will explore the real problems and the resources available on L.I. today.

Lesley Frank, M.H.A., EMT, Senior Services Specialist will join our Project Director, Francine Siegel, LCSW, librarians, and community information specialists in an informal circle to discuss, brainstorm and recommend arrangements families can make. The workshop will provide guidelines for appropriate decisions when complete independent housing isn't feasible. Living arrangements include aging in place, obtaining community services available, and assisted living options.
