Application for Prospective Art Gift to the Syosset Public Library

The Syosset Public Library is pleased to announce that it has formed an Art Committee to expedite the selection of original art work in order to decorate the library. We are seeking gifts in an effort celebrate talent in our community. All art selected will become a permanent part of the Syosset collection and may be displayed at the library’s discretion. If you are interested, please print out this application form and return the completed form to the library.
