Accessing Your Library Account

From the Syosset catalog, http://catalog.syossetlibrary.org , click on the My Library Account link. Enter your name, your 14 digit library card number, and your PIN. If you do not have a PIN, please call the library at 921-7161 and select the option to speak to a librarian at the Reference Desk. From your library account you can view your checked-out materials and renew materials.

Reserving Materials from the Syosset Catalog

•  Search the Syosset catalog, http://catalog.syossetlibrary.org .

•  When you have located the title you want to request click on the Request button.

•  You will then be prompted to enter your name, your 14 library card number, and your PIN . If you do not have a PIN, please call the Library at 921-7161 and select the option to speak to a librarian at the Reference Desk .

•  Click on Submit .

•  After clicking submit you should see a new screen indicating your request was successfully placed.

Interloan Requests from Other Libraries

To place a request for materials, from a library other than Syosset, please fill out the Interloan Request form. This form can be accessed from our catalog, http://catalog.syossetlibrary.org , by clicking on the ILL Requests button toward the top of the catalog page.
