The new learning center provides equipment, software, print and
non-print materials to further basic English skills and enable students
to prepare for their GED exams. The Library offers pre-GED tutoring,
GED preparation and ESOL classes in collaboration with Literacy
Volunteers of America, Nassau County, Inc. and Nassau BOCES.
A service available to residents of Uniondale;
It enables real-time communication with a Reference Librarian.
Search Infotrac, Galenet, Proquest encyclopedias, and for full text articles from your favorite magazines, journals, newspapers and encyclopedias with your library card. Just enter your library barcode number to access the database.
