During Spring 2006, the Henry Waldinger Memorial Library held, ENCORE ... MUSIC & STORIES FROM AROUND THE WORLD, a series of musical programs this spring which were partially funded by a Nassau Grant for the Arts administered by the Long Island Arts Council at Freeport. The first program featured Latin Jazz performed by the Napoleon Revels-Bey Ensemble on Thursday, March 9, 2006.
