ANNUAL CHILDREN'S HALLOWEEN PARADE - The Henry Waldinger Memorial Library held its Annual Halloween Parade on Friday, October 31, 2008, with almost 50 children and parents attending to show off their costumes. The children also made Halloween finger puppets after the parade and received treat bags.
