American Verse Project is a collaboration between the University of Michigan Press and the Humanities Text Initiative to compile "an electronic archive of volumes of American poetry prior to 1920." Most of the archive is made up of 19th century poetry, although some poems from the 18th and 20th centuries are included. |

WEB : MagillOnAuthors is a comprehensive reference database comprising
information on over 1,500 notable authors. Compiled by Salem Press, MagillOnAuthors
includes over 10 Critical Surveys and three Magill's Choice series, as
well as World Philosophers and Their Works. This database offers approximately
3,000 articles and over 450 images and covers long and short fiction writers,
poets, dramatists and philosophers.
