West Hempstead residents are given preference to children's programs. Please present your library card when registering. Non-residents will be put on a wait list. Proof of birthday is required for new preschoolers. All programs begin at the designated time.

Register for all sessions at one time.
Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from March 24 through April 16.
Once underway, you can still register a child if a session is not yet full.

With more space in the new library, things are easier to find. Children have more opportunities to try games and stories on our new computers. Kids through grade 5 can sign up to do homework on our Internet computers.

and anyone may come in. For this reason, the West Hempstead Public
Library Board of Trustees established the policy that no child under the
